GREAT BUY!!

Comments about EMG-707 7-String Guitar Active Pickup:

I have a shecter damien 7 string the stock pick ups that came in it were muddy and unclear. So I bought 2 of these and they were easy to install with the sauderless system. Having played both, these active pick ups were a HUGE upgrade. Much cleaner sound, you can hear every note you play, the pinch harmonics are awesome! The range is very clean and distinct. Reccomend to put these in any 7 string!

High Quality Pickups

Comments about EMG-707 7-String Guitar Active Pickup:

These pickups, paired with the right distortion, Can be an integral part of the Djent recipe. I bought them about 3 weeks back. The installation process is extremely easy, the only thing you will have to solder is the selector switch. Pros: Easy Installation, high output, Great clear tone with distortion Cons: Really quacky on clean, Overly Bright If you aren't going for metal, you should probably look elsewhere.

Comments about EMG-707 7-String Guitar Active Pickup:

The emg 707s were shipped in great time. I had a passive system in my Jackson but Emg made it very convinent to integrate their pickups into my set up. Each pickup came with plenty of spare parts, so if you mess up real bad you should still be fine lol. The neck has a solid tone ( doesn't get completely muddy like some pickups) and the bridge is fantastic. I was sceptical at first but then I fell in love. Playing with precision and attack is important with these so don't expect to have a super powerful tone with no effort.. I can't get away with the slop I do on passive pickups when I'm feeling lazy; they make me a better guitarist!
