I have three Line 6 G30 transmitters and I've broken the plastic clip tabs on all of them just by taking them on and off my straps. Even before they broke they were not very secure on my straps. The Neotech pouch is a perfect solution. The pouch protects the unit quite well, although you will have to cut a small home in the bottom for your cable. It also stays put, I've gigged with them about 6 times now and they have not moved at all.
I just love this Wireless Pouch. I have a Shure PGXD14 Wireless System I use for bass guitar. Based on reviews I read I purchased the Medium Wireless pouch from Neotech, and I love it. The two velcro straps on the back attach perfectly to my guitar strap. The transmitter fits great and snug.
I had the GC phone rep recommend the medium pouch when I called to order my G30, I took his recommendation and while it did fit, it was just too unnecessarily big, I exchanged it for the SMALL and it fit perfectly. Holds body pack securely, has adequate padding and just has an all around great feel. I'm a bass player so I use 2" and 3" wide straps, it holds very securely to both.
Simple, comfortable fit, snug, perfect for my sennheiser wireless...
I got the Line 6 Relay G30 as a Christmas gift to myself and after 3 uses the metal clip on the transmitter broke. I ordered the Neotech wireless pouch and it is exactly what I needed. A reliable place to keep the transmitter (either on my guitar strap if I'm only playing one guitar or on my belt if I am playing multiple guitars - depends on set list) It fits the transmitter well and stays securely in place.
So good some one made something to hold a wireless unit to a guitar strap because it sucks to have it fall of.
Fantastic! It fits my wireless transmitter perfectly, and now I don't have to worry about it falling off/taping it! I own the Sennheiser Freeport system, and the "Medium" size fit it wonderfully.
This thing saved my sanity. I use a Line 6 X2 wireless rig and the clip that came with the transmitter, as you all know, is rubbish. Throw it away, buy this pouch in medium size and kiss all of your worries goodbye. My transmitter used to give me all kinds of problems. It would fall off several times per show despite being tied down to my strap with zip ties. Trying to change the battery during the show when you have to go to such great lengths to attach it can make using a wireless rig impractical. This pouch changed all of that. It never falls off now, and when I need to change the battery in between songs it's a charm. The only thing is that you have to remember to turn the transmitter off after the show. For some reason I wasted 2 9V batteries before I could get into the habit of turning it off at the end of the night. BUY IT!
im so glad i bought this. its so great not having to worry about any kind of wires hanging from your guitar coming from your pocket and Its also great not having to tape my wireless system on to my guitar strap every time i play a show. The only thing i wish for on this is that the part that straps on to your strap was all velcro. theres two velcro strips. the third one isnt. you have to slide your strap through it. Although you dont have to use it but its more sturdyness and you can have more confidence that your wireless system wont fly off into the crowd somewhere when you jump around (yes this has happen to me before, before i bought this, lol) but if you change guitars through out your set, its too much time consuming to have to unbuckle your strap, slide it off then put it on your other guitar unless you own one of these for every guitar you bring with you to the performance. i dont have a lot of money to spare so buying a few of these is an issue for me right now. In the future i will buy more so i can have one for every guitar:)
A great little product, that should come with a wireless transmitter when you buy one. I use mine with a Line6 unit.If your at all like me, I have mine attached to my Guitar strap, if it weren't for this handy little case, my transmitter would get knocked around and trashed....very cheap protection, and to my thinking,it even makes my rigg look better, as the transmitter is now somewhat less visible.
