Nice neck for the price, but....

Comments about Mighty Mite MM2902L Left-Handed Stratocaster Replacement Neck with Maple Fingerboard:

The neck showed up in pristine condition and in a timely manner after being ordered online from the GC website. It's a nice neck but you might need to do some work on the frets. I had to use a small metal file to file down the edges of the frets. This thing comes from the factory with sharp fret edges jutting off the edges, but for the price, you really can't complain about this detail. I also had to use 0000 grade steel wool to smoothen out the frets on the playing surface. They probably don't get much of a buffing at the factory, but once again, for the price.... Apart from that, this neck is an amazing deal. After working out the roughness of the frets, this neck plays great. And since it's not lacquered, it will more than likely develop that cool, worn in look of a time-tested vintage strat.
