Bought late 2009 and added the M9 head which is a nice story in its self! Were talking about all the power and multi sounds at your finger tips! This is the best setup I've ever had! The deep clear sound from this cabinet is incredible, unbelievable! The mid range to high end can not be beat! The cabinet comes with a nice cover, heavy duty casters and the construction is top of the line. The amp and cabinet is used weekly in a room seating 350-400 and fills it with the bass that the room lacked for years. I play a Fender Jazz with this setup. Oh, did I mention the looks of this setup on stage? Find out for yourself!
Powerful & Toneful

I bought a 2X12 3 years ago, and man, what a toneful cab! I use a Mesa Boogie 400+ amp. I compared this amp to my Hartke 2X15 and an Ampeg Pro 4X10, neither cabs were as rich in tone or had a deeper sound, and the Mesa 2X12 had the least amount of speaker surface. For larger gigs, I decided to purchase another 2X12. We played at a club that was next door to a liquor store. The owner of the liquor store said my bass was vibrating the liquor bottles off of the shelves. How cool is that?

I run the Mesa 2X12 with the M6 Carbine. I have played many rigs including my old favorite, vintage Sunn. The Mesa has massive power but it is the tube sound and the many "voices" that make this rig so great. I finally found the the amp/speaker set-up that matches that elusive sound that I had in my head but could never find. This gear is expensive but it will be my last purchase.
