More channels, more gain, more versatility.

In a nutshell, the Marshall all-valve, 4-channel JVM410H 100-Watt tube head is the most versatile Marshall amplifier ever made. It also boasts more gain than any other Marshall to date--and that's really saying something!

Each of its 4 channels—Clean, Crunch, OD1 & OD2—are not only completely independent of each other, they all boast 3 Modes, all 12 of which are footswitchable and feature their own unique gain structure. It makes the JVM 4-channel effectively 12 Marshalls in one!

The JVM410H has studio-quality digital reverb with a level control for each channel. This is also footswitchable, as are the amp's two Master Volume controls and the Series/Parallel effects loop. Resonance and Presence are equipped with master controls.

Even though the head and combo both house 28 controls and 8 LED switches on their front panels, they're incredibly simple to understand because of the extremely logical layout. Each of the 4 channels has the usual suspects when it comes to controls — Volume, Bass, Middle, Treble & Gain--accounting for 20 of the 28 controls right away. Take away the 4 reverb controls and you're only left with 4 Master controls--2 Master Volumes plus Resonance & Presence.

Add to this an ingenious footswitch (UK patent pending) and the fact all the amp's switching (channel/modes, Reverb, Master Volume selection, FX loop) can be done via MIDI and you're looking at an incredibly flexible amp! The 6-way footswitch boasts 7 LEDs and memory, plus it connects to the amp via a regular guitar cable.

From the cleanest clean to the filthiest distortion ever found in a Marshall and all points in-between, the JVM410H all-valve amp head will give you whatever tone you need right when you need it.

With our Guaranteed Lowest Price, you can be assured of complete satisfaction and the lowest available price, or your money back!

  • Jim Marshall Thank You.

I purchased this amp from Guitar Center and got a sweet deal from their 4th of July Sale. I've been messing around with it for a few days now. Just jamming along, testing where my pedals will sound better;effects loop or front, dialing each OD to my taste, setting the footswitch. Now, I think it's time to give my opinon. I usually don't write reviews, but this one was worth it. Simple, go to your local guitar shop and crank it up. You'll be impressed with how high the gains are and how clean the "green" tone is. The clean tone is very impressive for a Marshall. Also try the different independent channels of at least 12. It will give you an idea to how versatile this amp is. You can get that plexi glass, brown tone, thrash metal, Steve Vai or Satch tone. Whatever tone you want this baby can dial it for you. I think I'm selling my Boss MT-2 and EQ since I don't need it anymore. I paired this beast up with a 1960A(4x12) cab. It's loud. Haven't got the chance to crank it up yet. A few things I've noticed. There is a buzz with some channels using the high gain. It's expected with high gain amps. Also, a few of the knobs have tiny turn imperfections. I know it is expensive. It's going to be money well spent. This amp will give you that tone which will make your hair on your back stand and grow. Each taste to ones own. Try it. If you like what hear. Grab it. You won't regret it.

  • A new legend

As reviewed by PRS/Marshallfanatic on 3/9/2007

A new era of Marshall tone.It almost captures that awesome JCM800 sound perfect. But turn up the gain.Houston we have lift off.I've never hear that much gain from a marshall without a ditortion pedal.Plus it's programmable with the foot switch. It's like having 12 channels in one amp.granted all you need is just one good channel(like the JCM800)for your fondation. But hey! the rest of them on this rig come in pretty handy.I'm thinking of trading in my TSL100 for it.

  • A New Era for Marshall

As reviewed by Brian B on 11/21/2011

I bought this amp 6 months ago. I use different amps for different styles, and have a collection that ranges from HW boutique pieces to 5watt practice jobs. I wanted a good tube amp with a lot of versatilty and frankly expected this to be just part of the collection. To me the most puzzling aspect is that the damn thing sounds so good at low volume. I don't have the neighbors complaining anymore and can get a good tone (or tones) without ridiculous volume. Can't explain it, doesn't make sense logically, but that's the thing I like most about it. Obviously it will wake up the dead if you crank it, and you can get just about any tone you want out of it. I've played vintage plexis at high volume, know the circuit inside and out, yadayadayada. It is not the exact same but pretty darn close. It can sound like a JCM800, etc. It is pretty good clean, not quite a classic fender, but again pretty good. I would say that this will probably be the classic amp of this period in 20 years. If you are a young guitarist that wants a versatile amp that will be worth a fortune someday, grab one today. You won't regret it.
