It let's me play comfortably on my classical guitar while standing up. All you need to do is balance it.
This strap doesn't really fit for ukulele use

This strap is extremely long for ukulele use. I guess for a guitar is perfect, but is too long for any ukulele. It was a big waste of money as I wanted to use it with my ukulele.

There aren't many choices for classical guitar straps. This one allows the weight of the guitar to rest comfortably on my shoulders, rather than on my neck, as did my previous purchase. However, the comfort level might be even greater if the strap material were wider.

I bought this strap for use with a Concert and a soprano Ukulele. I am 6'-1" tall and the concert Uke hung so low it was a very uncomfortable playing position. When I sinched up the neck strap to bring the Uke to a comfortable position the loop was so small I could not get it over my head.(and no I don't have a big head. LOL) I had to modify the strap to work with my concert uke and it just won't work with my soprano at all. The hook that goes in the sound hole is much to thick as well and if you strum over the sound hole the hook is definitely a problem. This strap worked perfect on my acoustic guitar which makes me think it was made for guitar and marketed as a Uke strap as an afterthought. Either way if it was correctly made for a Uke no modifications should have been necessary.
Not for me

Well made accessory, but not for me - not enough support for my uke while I play, and I felt like the uke was going to slip out of the thing (I don't really think it CAN, it just felt that way). I think a button and traditional strap is the way to go. Your mileage may vary, but I'd test this out before I bought it.
