Excellent Holder, after seeing this style used by other musicians, I did my research and found this one on guitar center's website, of course since this is not a high selling item, (e.g. not that many folks play Dylan or Neil Young), none of the local stores carried the holder, I ordered online and it came in ASAP ground. The reduced width on the harmonica section hold the harmonica much better than a wide holder would.
There's really not too much to say about it. It no doubt does what it's suppose to. The springs are VERY strong. Took some force to get my harmonica in there. This is a good thing if you plan on leaving one harmonica in there. If you have multiple keys, then it might be a little bothersome. You'll have no worries of it falling out though!
I wear a beard most the time and found the Lee O. holder to be better than a Hohner version I own. My whiskers would get caught while performaning with the Hohner. (Not sure of the model#) Ouch... play through the pain when live. The Lee O. allows the harmonica to set out farther from the bracket similar to the old Elton harmonica holders so waalaa... no more caught whiskers. Great purchase for me!
