Featuring a Venetian cutaway and premium components, the JD-36CE is ideal for any player seeking a versatile instrument for both unplugged practice and amplified performance. The select spruce top and sapele back and sides, paired with Jasmine's Advanced "X" Bracing, produce resonant tone with rich overtones. A slim neck and short 24-3/4" scale length offer comfortable feel, while the onboard Designed by B-Band preamp system provides a built-in tuner and four-band EQ for dialing in your desired sound.

Cutaway Design Provides Full Fretboard Access

The contoured Venetian cutaway gives you unimpeded access to higher frets, enabling advanced techniques and spirited soloing. Whether exploring melodic runs or emotive bends, the JD-36CE's cutaway design places the entire fretboard at your fingertips for expressive playability.

Designed by B-Band Preamp Delivers Power and Control

The Designed by B-Band preamp system lets you shape your tone with precision and take center stage. The four-band EQ provides robust tonal control, enabling you to boost bass for a warm and resonant sound, increase midrange for articulate note definition, add treble for a bright and jangly quality, or find the perfect balance of all ranges. An onboard digital tuner ensures your JD-36CE is always in tune for optimal sound. The preamp's user-friendly interface makes dialing in your desired settings quick and intuitive.

Premium Components for Superior Sound and Playability

Select spruce and sapele tonewoods provide a balanced blend of warmth, clarity and sustain. Chrome die-cast tuners offer precise and stable tuning. A rosewood fretboard and bridge further enhance the JD-36CE's resonant tone. A Natural high-gloss finish protects the tonewoods while highlighting their natural beauty. Together, these premium components enable the JD-36CE to produce exceptional acoustic and amplified sound with outstanding playability.

What is the warranty period of my guitar?

Most Jasmine guitars carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Models in our Studio Series (JS 141, JS241, JS341, JS441) carry a Limited 5 year warranty.

Who do I contact for warranty service for my guitar?

You need to contact your place of purchase with a copy of your sales receipt and request a warranty service evaluation. The dealer or service center should then contact Kaman Music and request a Return Authorization number.

What if my place of purchase is out of business or in another state?

Use our website's search engines to find a local Authorized Dealer or Service Center for your product. Then contact them with a copy of your sales receipt and request a warranty service evaluation.

How long does it take to get a warranty service evaluation?

The dealer or service center must contact Kaman Music for a Return Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. As a consumer, you are responsible for shipping charges to return the product to Kaman Music. Once in the possession of Kaman Music Corp, the evaluation normally takes 2-3 days.

What happens after the evaluation?

Kaman Music determines if the product is repairable and will repair it under the terms of the warranty policy for that product. The product will be returned to the dealer or service center, prepaid.

What if my guitar is not repairable?

Kaman Music will replace the item with another one of equal value. In the case of a discontinued model, Kaman Music will replace the item with another of equal or more value.

Is my warranty transferable?

No, all Kaman Music warranty policies are valid only to the original purchaser with a warranty card on file or a copy of the original sales receipt as proof of purchase.

How can I get parts for my guitar?

Contact your place of purchase to order parts. You need to provide the model and serial number of the product and a copy of your sales receipt if the part is under warranty.

What does a Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy really mean?

Our Limited Lifetime warranty policy means that for the first 2 years you own the product, Kaman Music will cover all parts and labor for anything deemed defective. After that initial 2 year period, Kaman will cover the parts for anything deemed defective as long as you own the product, but now the consumer is responsible for any labor charges incurred in the repair.
Please Note: All electronics, machine heads and strings are not covered under warranty.
