Shred with the big boys!

The Ibanez Mikro GRGM21 Electric Guitar can shred with the big boys. Though smaller than standard-scale guitars, it's no toy. The Mikro is made to the same high standards as all Ibanez guitars and features the very same Powersound pickups that go into all GIO series electric guitars. Its smaller size and shorter scale make the Mikro perfect for young rockers, and it's also an ideal grown-up guitar for tour-bus songwriting or practice.

Ibanez GRGM21 Mikro Electric Guitar Features:

  • 22-1/5" scale
  • 24 frets
  • Dual Powersound humbucking pickups
  • Hardtail bridge

Best guitar for under $200

one of my best friends little siblings bought this guitar because he wanted to be like his older brother, and one day i went over to his house and i didn't bring my guitar and i was bored, so i saw that guitar and i picked it up and starting playing with it, i was very surprised, i was expecting it to be like one of those starter guitars that you get at the store, and to my surprise it sounded almost as good as mine, the strings buzzed a little bit, but once i plugged it into an amp i could shred better than my friend who was at the time playing his gibson les paul, his guitar sounded better, but after we got done playing a few songs he took the guitar from me, i think it's the best starter guitar out there for the price.

Best Little Guitar

A friend of mine (works at GC) steered me to this model over the offerings from the other manufacturers. No regrets - this is a very high quality, small scale guitar. Pickups sound great for price range and it is very playable right out of the box without adjustment. Tuning is stable and accurate due to high quality hardware. If you need a decent guitar for a child or a compact travel axe - this is the best value on the market - hands down. It plays like the larger Ibanez offerings and sounds great. Consider this - these accolades come from a long term Fender/Gibson player.... who is beginning to develop a serious respect for the Ibanez line (it's tough not to love the necks). The really cool thing is that you can tune it to standard pitch - which makes teaching easier. Try that on a mini-strat!

incredible little guitar!

This is an incredible little guitar for the money. It is not a toy or "child's guitar"-it just happens to be a 3/4 size. It looks, plays, and sounds amazing for the price. Don't hesitate because of the size or price--highly recommended!!

Ibanez

I don't own this guitar but i have played it. It has a great sound that is out of this world. It is fun and easy to play though it is a bit small. As you can obviously see it looks great and the wood has a great finish. It is a light giutar and it is easy to handle. I really enjoyed playing this and would recomend it to beginners or people with limited space.
