  • Industrial Strength Volume Pedal

As reviewed by dB on 11/2/2009

I wore out the pot in my EarnieBall JR volume pedal after 2 years of heavy use. This unit has replaced my JR and it is just plain built tougher, industrial strength. I am a power-user on volume swells etc. This pedal is smooth and goes from completely off to full on like your brain thinks it should. Other pedals don't completely shut off, or have a quirky taper, or worse color the sound in a negative way (like a particular optical circuit). This pedal does the stuff and sounds great doing it!!!

  • Bigger than a Jr. but still great

As reviewed by tietjen on 11/8/2006

Ernie Ball 6166 Mono Volume Pedal. It is larger than the Jr. version but I like this volume pedal because, like the Jr, it doesn't color tone... The tuner out is very handy but be aware that if your tuner is poor in quality it may still effet the tone.

  • Ernie Ball 6166 Mono Volume

As reviewed by T.T on 7/25/2009

This volume pedal is great! With the jacks in front it is easy to plug in and out. The tuner jack is also great and when your playing you can leave the tuner on all the time. Overall this pedal is awesome. (Also just be sure not to break the string inside the pedal.)
