I got the honor of playing this is the shop a few days ago and I must say that experience has stuck with me. Relatively new to bass but this beauty screams quality. Compared to the fenders i tried out this seemed very light . I was amazed at how well this bass could handle the low B while still being able to provide clear, strong mids and highs. I also prefer the 24 fret design simply because it suits my style of play better. The neck felt like silk, and was comfortable to play even though it was the first 5 ive ever played. Its comfortable even on the the upper frets, allowing you to solo without fatigue. On asthetics: the finish is unbelievable and the offset fret inlays are a great custom looking touch. Try this bass out!
I first found the 4 string version of this guitar at a Sam Ash 2 years ago and almost bought, and regretted I didn't. I wasn't able to find it available until now! I've picked up a couple dozen basses since then to check out and none of them compared to this gem. Fenders are too heavy and clunky for me, shecters are very nice and were the only ones that came close. The neck-through and string-through are really why I bought this and the EMG pickups are amazing! Resonance is long and sweet. Neck is also very slender and even with my stubby fingers all 5 strings are comfortably in reach.
