The DN-X120 is a companion mixer for Denon's DN-S1200 Media Player and Controller is a fairly straightforward piece of equipment. As for controls, it has a 3-band EQ with a Full Kill option, VCA, 45mm crossfader & channel faders, Mic Talkover switch, split cue, fader start, a 4 position Input/Transform switch, and a 2-band EQ for the mic input. The I/O includes TRS balanced & RCA unbalanced L/R stereo outputs, line and phono/line (switchable) inputs, and a mic input. It also has it's own external power adaptor.

This is a great beginners/budget mixer. It is very basic, no effects or cool add ons but it does the basic function of mixing very well. It feels solid compared to other mixers at the same price range and the sound quality is not bad either. The TRS outputs are a plus specially for recording mixes or broadcasting. If you are in a budget or just a beginner buy this mixer as you wont regret it.
This mixer is everything you need to mix, The split cue-ing offers accurate routing to your headphones. The EQ knobs, have a nice grip and are spaced perfectly between each other. The slider's are accurate and feel natural. You can adjust the crossfade curve as well, and enable Talkover with a switch.
Everything you need, for a small price.
