Overview

In the early 1900s, the word dreadnought referred to a massive battleship. The Lexington SD-300 is a booming dreadnought that offers a powerful low-end so resonant that playing lush, full chords may very well become addictive. The Lexington SD-300 has a solid Sitka spruce top paired with a sapele back and sides to create the its subtle elegance, complemented by a tortoise pickguard. The slim, mahogany neck makes for wonderful playability. Though capable of great projection, the Lexington's high end is uncompromised by its rich low end, producing a consistently balanced sound and making it an excellent choice for a great variety of players.

Includes hardshell case.

Comments about D'Angelico Lexington Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

Got it during Christmas during a fantastic Sale (Only payed like $300). Has a beautiful look, reminds me of an old 1920's Macy's store. And the sound is wonderful and it even included a hardshell case as well.

I barely had to make any adjustments to the truss rod. Holds in tune very well. Would reccomend, even at full price.

Comments about D'Angelico Lexington Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

I have had this guitar for a week and have no complaints about the guitar. Just the fact that it is already a discontinued guitar after one year of production leaves me to wonder how long this new company wiil be around. I will be returning it for a more reputable make just in case I need customer service down the road. D'angelico doesn't even take phone calls.
