Great Strings for All Styles!

The D'Addario EXL115W Nickel Blues/Jazz Wound 3rd Electric Guitar Strings have to be the best all around electric string, period! You can easily go from Bending Blues to Mellow Jazz without skipping a beat. Great to bring out the full sound of your TELE, the woulnd 3rd really beefs up inside chords, stays in tune longer, and is better intoned. The only thing that could be better is if they sold these in 3 & 10-packs! They make you want to play more!

Beefy

Can't go wrong with D'addario's. Solid set of strings, pretty beefy tone. I also feel this set holds up great for lower tunings.

I'm hard on my guitar strings. This set, with the third string wound, last longer than any others, have great sound, and stay in tune.

  • I always keep one guitar setup with these strings.

Great strings for that "fatter" sound you need sometimes. Also great for jazz comping if you don't want flat wound strings.

The 11s are a great option for a resonator played primarily finger atyle rather than slide.

  • Great set of strings!
