Mint Condition: This instrument or product has been carefully played/used and returned to us in virtually new condition, however its packaging may not meet the standards set by the factory. Also, it no longer carries the manufacturer's warranty. If you're looking for a virtually new instrument in possibly less-than-perfect packaging, this is a great value. I've tried a bunch of different brands and I keep coming back to the ECB80XL. Very SMOOTHE. Try them, you'll like them.
I won't give a 5 Star rating because somewhere there has to be a better set of strings. The better strings are probably made by D'Addario. I had some problems finding replacement strings for a Rogue AB-304 acoustic electric bass. The low E string wouldn't fit bridge. I finally decided to try out a set of D'Addario ECB80 strings. The .095 sized E string fit. (The other strings were also an easy fit.) These strings exceeded my expectations. For anyone who is in the process of breaking the epidemic addiction to roundwound strings, I highly recommend the D'Addario ECB80.
