Cordoba C3M

By Jim

from Murfreesboro Tennessee

I am delighted with the guitar at any price but particularly for the modest price that it sells for. It sounds great and projects clear sounds at a nice volume. Offers a great value with solid cedar top and pretty matte finish. Comes with an allen wrench to adjust the truss rods and I had the salesguy lower the action a little which is not hard to do at all; Cordoba even has a online video on how do adjust if needed.

My new lady

By Joe Davis

from San Bernardino, CA

Being and electric guitar picker for many years, I had decided to switch over to a nylon guitar. I Now want to play and hear every note and know that I have just played that and only that perfect note. I was looking for an affordable starter classical guitar and settled on two. A very low priced one for my vehicle and a nicer one for home. I choose a Cordoba C3M for home and could not be happier. It is Cordoba?s intro student model??. but way more!. The (M) is for the Matte finish. I love the easy to care for matte finish. The neck just WOW. I have really grown fond of the style neck quickly. After electrics I thought no way. I was so wrong. I have since been playing all kinds of music on my Classical guitar and am impressed with the sounds that radiate from this lovely piece. It came with very nice Savarez strings. However I have since changed them. I do believe I will go back to the Savarez Cristal Strings in due time. They sounded beautiful. I just want to know what?s out there. Hey I said I was new to this. Any way I go to a guitar store at least once a week and have played many others at 10 times the price I paid for my C3M. None made me open my wallet yet. One other got close and I?ll say right now it also was a Cordoba. Gorgeous she was. I recommend a Cordoba C3M guitar for anyone wanting an awesome sounding, looking and playing Classical guitar for a great price. I am rating it a 5 star starter model that won?t disappoint.

just starting to learn guitar and its great to play and has a very beautiful design. my only complaint would be that one of the strings sound a little off even after tuning it numerous times. other than that its perfection.

Awesome Guitar!

By Alan Flores

from El Paso, TX

I just bought this guitar today and I am very, very pleased with it! It sounds very rich and every note resonates as if it was a much more expensive guitar. Also, there is no fret buzz and the neck feels comfortable. For the quality this guitar packs, this is a really a great price. Definitely a good buy!

Beginners Guitar

By Charles Wickham

from Ann Arbor

Last year I got a C3M from Guitar Center after the Lucero fall apart. I as a beginner, I am much happier with the Cordoba. It looks nicer, sounds nicer and to me, is easier to use. I have no doubt that my next guitar will also be a Cordoba. Not too sure which I will get at this point. I am a lefty and I believe my selection is limited. For the C3M I had to take to my local music store to have switched, I am very pleased with what I got.

Great guitar, great sound but not recommended for short fingers

By Sherill Lopez

from Palmdale, Ca

I do not know anything about guitars. Just starting to learn. Guitar Center sales associate recommended me this one for my budget price. Enrolled in guitar lessons and after a few beginner lessons. Instructor told me that my fingers are short that I could hardly touch C major or G7 notes (top string of the guitar) because the guitar has a wide neck. I bought a second guitar (new) with slim neck from Guitar Center.

Beautiful Tone and Resonance

By Mike Bassil

from Nazareth, PA

I just got this guitar today and I absolutely love it. All the notes come out crisp and clear and when I strum a chord the guitar practically vibrates in your hands. The dynamics in this guitar are also great and I had absolutely no fret buzz like other guitars in it's price range. The fact that it has a truss rod is also nice because it stays in tune much better. Overall, this is an outstanding guitar and I highly recommend it.

More than a student guitar

By Pedro Ortiz-Toral

from Chicago, IL

It is very lightweight which means thinner body material, but it is still WOOD not laminate. Sounds very punchy, balanced, and every note is clear. In sound quality and intonation it blows away most other guitars in its price range. In terms of volume and projection it is somewhere between a student guitar and a high end hand-made guitar. Go and try it.
