Great Instruction

I have been playing rock for 4 years; I am 12 years old. I wanted to get into heavier stuff and went to guitar center originaly looking for the rock house learn metal series. They didn't have it in stock so I bought this. This is the best DVD there is for learning heavy guitar. It has 2 one hour dvd's in one. Paul Gilbert is an amazing guitarist and shows you tons of cool licks. There is a little comedy and it gets kind of cheesy in some parts but overall it is a great buy. I like it because it is like a private lesson. While he is talking about the lick that he just played it has the tablatures for the lick on the bottom of the screen. I have been playing and pausing it so I can memorize the licks and I can already tell a big difference in how fast I can play the guitar. If you want to learn how to play awesome guitar get this.
