These are some of the best ear protection I've ever owned. I love how not only does it dim how loud everything is, but you are still able to hear every sound that is made. These are dure and will be my go to for a while.

Love these things. I wouldn't play an amped gig without 'em. take them to live shows too. Perfect.

Awesome ear plug protection, for live gigs, concerts or practice jams. Seats deep into my ears, comfy and no ear ache even after hours of use! Protect your hearing folks! Once its gone its GONE. These will allow safe exposure to continuous high decibils so you can rock out in overdrive. I carry them in the included little case in my pants pocket everywhere I go! I use the included neck ribbon strap, super handy so you don't lose them. I'm average size 5' 9" so I got the Large size, because the regulars were too small. My wife uses these regulars which fit her perfectly. We can hear normal conversation and our music when gigging, you just have to speak loudly so your band buddies can hear you talk. I use these at clubs when we go listen to other bands, and even at church because our Praise band plays real loud on Sunday mornings.

These are pretty good, but the carrying case is too small. I can't fit the ear plugs and the string connector in it at the same time. These are also good for mowing lawns.
