Very Good

I've been using these headphones for about two weeks now and they impress me. They don't go very loud but keep in mind that they don't need to because all ambient noise is cut by 24 decibels. Very good for drumming (ear protection), on stage perfomance, or just listening to your music and removing all that noise you don't want to listen to.

Consistently Terrible-On my 4th set of these junk headphones

Well...I purchased my original set for recording drums..broke within 2 weeks..no trauma..they hang on a hook untouched...One side just stopped working..call GC and they had me send them back to Vic...Received another pair...One side died..after a short 3 days of use..Used my warranty sent them back...Said screw it I need to have monitors..Decided to buy 2 pairs so I had a spare when recording. One set out of the box was crackling so bad I repacked them in the box..Used the other pair for 2 weeks...One side died. Bought some AKG headphones..been working fine for months and months..no problems..STAY AWAY FROM THESE...JUNK...

These are excellent headphone until they are not. Ive gone through two pairs of these and they work great but then one channel cuts out and you can only hear out of one side. I am not buying these headphones a third time.

People complaining about the sound evidently don't know how to adjust their EQ.

I was looking for headphones that would block out all external noise even when off as I work in an open environment and got tired of hearing everyone's conversations/noises. I went to GC looking at all the other brands (Bose, Sennheiser, etc.) and saw these: one of the cheapest headphones on the rack. I tried them on and instantly everything was near silent. With no music playing you can hear some ambient noise but the second you turn any music on (ie: 2/100 on my laptop's volume), all sound disappears except what is playing. They are so quiet that I can hear the blood pumping through my head with them on and no music. Highly recommend these especially for the price

  • Just what I was looking for

This is the perfect combo. Prior to buying these, I'd use my earbuds underneath an isolation headset. These are much more comfortable and sound better. Just what I was looking for.

  • Great for playing drums.

I love these headphones. I can play to music and still hear my drums faintly. They block out a huge amount of sound from my set and make playing so much more fun now. My only complaint is the volume is a little low. Aside from that these are well worth the money.

  • I would Buy this one again
