Amazing one

when i went to buy a guitar , i didn't plan to get this one, i just had in my mind that , i need one Floyd rose with 24 frets.so i start plugging couple of guitars, but when i took this in my hand , i felt something is different , and i just keep playing this one, the neck is rounded so fits hand nicely , excellent finish , intonation was perfect. after purchasing i haven't change the string but still going good, stays in tune perfectly, i couldn't believe this quality guitar with low price!! the pick up is an excellent high output pickup. i did some shows with it, it never lets me down.becomes my good friend. just get this guitar guys , schecter is awsome!! an equal exchange between money and the guitar. worth every penny.

The Floyd Rose Special Bridge is horrible.

The bridge is not worth it, too much fret buzz and white noise with this model. The string action is too high off the neck, so you if your a shedder or metal player, this model with the FRS is not ideal. I have the same model with fixed bridge and it's night and day, split coil on the FRS hums hard while the fixed bridge model not so much. A string popped the first day I had it and it's a hassle to restring it with the saddles. Never stays in tune with the locking clamps, so a lot of adjustment is needed when tuning. Not good. Returned it 4 days later for an exchange for a C1 Platinum Shecter, much better.

Guitar feels incredible, high quality craftsmanship and great design. It takes some getting used to for tuning because of the tremolo. Really cool that it can do harmonics basically on every fret, great for shredding and technical stuff. I just csnt give it 5 stars because I still see room for improvement, a professional set up might make it 5 stars.

Just picked this up today. I was really hoping the finish on the guitar looked like it did in the on the website here. I understand there are slight finish variances at the factory level but dang. Mine is more of a dark honeyburst than the orange sunburst in the photos. The neck pickup is also askew and not even as seen on the photos. If customer service wants to reach out and make things right that would make all the difference.

This is my studio guitar. There was a small amount of fretting out on the "G" string past the 12th fret, but when I changed strings I did a small height adjustment and it settled the problem. For the price overall this is a great guitar. Just remember to change your strings right away, and this Floyd-Rose system will not disappoint. Thanks Musicians Friend
