SKB SKB-PS-15 Compact Powered Pedal Board

The SKB SKB-PS-15 Stomp 6 Basic Pedal board is exactly what it implies... the basic run of the mill pedal board. It does its function as intended and also has some convienant features. The board features a power strip that you can virtually use any type of pedal board on using the included power adapter cords. Anything from a 9V battery to 1/8" power can be used. The flaw that I ran into was the durability of the board. After time the glue that holds down the velcro padding came loose. My pedals were still attached... to the velcro cloth that flew off of my board. However, the most durable part of this board is the bag that it houses it. I still use it as a general case using the board as a backbone to protect my multiple effects processor.

I Eric Bulmer like the SKBPS pedal board for its features of all six pedals and it is all organised so you don't have a mess of a bunch of pedals all over the place. I like the quality of the pedal board because the pedals put out good sound.The value of this product is a very good deal because if you try to buy all the pedals then the case and all the wirering it would cost an arm and a leg, but if you buy this product it will cost a lot less. The SKB PS-15 is a pretty ruggid pedalboard for the money. I first used the SKB PS-15 during a jam session with a few friends when my homemade pedalboard's power supply refused to work, my friend had let me use his SKB PS-15 for the day. This pedalboard fits 6 pedals nicely with little room for movement. The built in power supply is a big plus and works well. The SKB PS-15 is surprisinlgy light to carry. Overall The SKB PS-15 is a nice product for someone working on their first pedalboard and don't really want to mess around with all the wiring involved in making your own.
