  • Awkward Design - Failed at Gig

    I suppose this unit (used with a Juno G) is fine for the studio, but it is very poor for the road. Having the transformer located away for the keyboard means it is always in the wrong spot. I would rather have a simple "wall-wart" design with a long cable, or the current design with a short cable between the transformer and the keyboard - that way I could Velcro it to the Juno and keep it off the floor. I had one fail just before a gig and had no replacement - oversight on my part, but I've never had a simple transformer fail before, and I attribute it to the design that puts stress on the connectors and the plastic casing in a vulnerable spot on the floor.

  • Good power supply redesign.

    This power supply replaced the original power supply for my Roland SPD-S sampler. There isn't much to say here other than that it works great! I always prefer a power adapter that doesn't have a huge brick directly connected to the wall/power strip. Definitely worth the upgrade if you are powering a lot of devices. While I do feel like the new design saves a lot of space, I am slightly disappointed that there are two cords to keep track of -the only improvement I can think of would be to produce this as one solid cord.

  • Ac Adapter

    Excellent quality unit. Very strong case housing and cables. Compatible with various Roland, Boss units, due to the amps capacity of the adapter. Also,it has a standard plug compatible with most of the units. Excellent for feeding multiple Boss pedals with one source. Highly recomended.
