  This is a very goof value for the price. The case is sturdy and very well made. It is essentially a hard shell case but it's light weight and easy to carry. Instead of clasps which can come open accidentally, this case uses extra sturdy ziippers so it only comes open when you want it to! Also has plenty of storage space, both inside and out. My son's new Strat fits inside perfectly. I can't reccomend this case enough!

  I love this case, I have had it for 2 years. So far I have only managed to break a zipper and the leather pull tabs for one of the inside storage areas. It has plenty of storage space inside for picks, extra strings, and whatever else you bring with you. I have 2 Schecter c1s that fit nicely, and it works great with my Ibanez RG, but it DOES NOT fit an Ibanez 7 string. This case is about 1/2 an inch too short, although the foam is pretty malleable and It can squeeze in, I am afraid I'm putting pressure on the neck.

  When I bought my bass at Guitar Center the guy asked if I wanted a case so I said why not. So i chose this one I wanted a hardshell but turned out that this was sort of one it just looks and kinda feels like a soft case but inside it fits my bass perfectly and has great compartments on the outside and inside. I have to walk around the huge case to unzip the zipper to open it but no biggie. I recommend this to anyone!
