amazing mic stand for less

This is by far the best deal on a desk top mic stand you can find. Its settings can be adjusted to find jsut about any angle. Its weighted bottom is great because it keeps it from tipping over when a mic is attached. It's a very well made product. I suggest using it with the AKG D 22 Dynamic instrumental mic and the M-Audio Nova Large Diaphragm Condenser mic.

Terrible stand

Terrible stand. It was very cheaply made. It was hard to adjust and didn't want to stay where I put it. Really should not cost this much at all. I took it back and the guy in front of me was returning other ProLine stands. The GC employee was talking about how they've changed something in how they're manufactured lately and they're getting a ton of returns. I bought On Stage stands instead and won't look back. They're great and actually cheaper.

I was looking for a mic stand or a microphone that was short and could sit on top of a table for me to speak and sing into for a ukulele jam. I already had an existing mic. I bought the flexible mic clip to mount on this stand and the combination of this stand and the mic clip held my mic just fine and the stand allowed me to adjust to varying heights for positioning. The stand is very heavy and sturdy so it won't topple. It worked out great that I didn't need to purchase an additional microphone. This stand was just what I needed.

  • Really nice heavy stand

I use this on my desktop with an AT 4050 in shock mount. It holds up well and offers a lot of variety when it comes to positioning.

I lead a guitar group with about 30 members. We sit at tables and although I already have 7 or 8 mic stands, They are awkward in this application and this desk stand works perfectly. It is very stable. It is heavy for it's size but that is what makes it so stable. It does not tip over easily. I highly recommend this stand.

I used this mic stand for a podcast. I used to have a normal mic stand but when extended would need counterweight. This guy can extend fully and hold an re27 with it. And it's reasonably priced for the quality. Just buy it
