  • Cheaply made

As reviewed by Thom on 9/10/2009

The stand has some issues. The "rubber" grips to hold your synth are actually plastic. Slippery plastic. My synth slips and slides all over the stand while playing. The top tier is lopsided. Even at my best I cant seem to line the two arms up so that my synth on top isn't crooked.and it too has slippery plastic "grips".

  • Cheap and sturdy, but the upper tier could be better

As reviewed by Evangelos on 3/17/2011

This is a very sturdy base. Each tier can hold with ease 20kgr or maybe more and the keyboards feel quite secure. ?he price is pretty good. The only reason I can't give a 5 star review is because of the bending on the upper tier, if you want the claviers to be close to each other. I believe they could have avoided it, if they had changed the design a little bit. This stand is designed mainly for those who play upstanding (I don't know if I use the correct word, I mean not sitting on a bench). If you are sitting on a bench while you are playing (just like me), it might be a little tricky to find the best position for the upper tier, if you can find it. In this case you should better check it in a local store before you buy it.

  • BEST i have used

As reviewed by .SPECIALk. on 10/26/2006

I was asked to help a band out the other week and run there pc and midi board for then. they had it on the proline double x-braced stand. the board on the top and pc on the bottom. it was great to hit the keys as hard as i wanted and not have to worry about it breaking. its a very good stand.it did not tip over at all with al the people running into it.and most of all it didnt fold in on itself mid song.
