    Guitar Center sent us A returned kit where the mike was missing it's clip and the serial number was already in use so we couldn't download the drivers — luckily our local guitar center was much more responsive and were able to replace it for a focusrite kit that is awesome!

    Bought this for son. He is figuring it our as we go along. A simple user guide would be cool. Biggest drawback so far in the mic they send does not have a stand. Even a table stand would be cool.

    I get great sounds micing my amp or plugging my guitar directly into the presonus. Used it through a mac mini & garageband until the mac started running horribly slow. Switched to a PC and it hooked right up no problem! I dont use garageband anymore since it's a mac product but the presonus works with other recording programs

    This interface would be fine had the manufacturer done a better job with the firmware / drivers and ports on the unit. Unfortunately two of my friends and I all have one and have experienced the same issues: the usb port is super janky and even the slightest touch or bump can cause it to dissconnect and sometimes crash the DAW which can result in lost work. It also fails to connect sometime (i assume this is a firmware issue) if this happens you typically have to restart your computer to get it working again which is a total waste of time. (Me and two other friends have experienced these issues on seperate computers) Save your money, buy something thats better quality, and you'll save yourself a lot of time and headaches.

    Voice-Overs. This is a great product but i can't get it to work.... perhaps its my computer or computer software

    In the reviews a guy said he couldn't get the voiceover to work. I do hip hop music and really take advantage of multiple voice tracks. Will I have the same problem if I purchase this product that I am seriously considering?
