Mic clip goes perfectly with my mic stand

I was looking for a mic stand or a microphone that was short and could sit on top of a table for me to speak and sing into for a ukulele jam. I already had an existing mic. I bought the flexible mic clip to mount on the stand and the combination of the stand and the mic clip held my mic just fine and the stand allowed me to adjust to varying heights for positioning. The stand is very heavy and sturdy so it won't topple. It worked out great that I didn't need to purchase an additional microphone. The stand and mic clip was just what I needed

no discernible difference

Just A/B'ed these with a plain old spring clip and there was no discernible difference. Plenty of boom still transferred through the stand :(
