As reviewed by Brandon on 11/16/2010

I'm a scratch DJ and this was my first mixer. Ive had it for about 11 months so far. It's great to learn how to scratch on and to do simple at home mixes. But I have noticed some problems. The crossfader isn't very smooth. For someone who is a fast scratcher a butter smooth crossfader is essential. I have abused this thing with constant use and my crossfader has some static pop if I'm dealing with heavy amounts of bass. And it's weird that if I have the left speaker plugged in the static pop is REALLY noticable. Over all it's great to start out on but if you want to get serious into DJ'ing you need to upgrade to a Vestax Rane or Pioneer.
