Basic Bag lacking any Amenities

I wanted the other same-priced Musicians Gear gig bag at Guitar Center, but they are on back-order and the store had none, so I tried this MGA20 bag. To the good, it has the length and width for my 12-string acoustic, but zipping up was very tight at the shoulder of the guitar body, and it just barely zipped closed. Carrying felt quite awkward as the case dipped forward, not level as I hoped, or to the rear as most cases do. But the worst was the basically useless angled pocket on the front. What were they thinking to put the zipper at such an angle? No song or chord book or any normal-sized paper will fit. And it is so snug against the guitar inside that I would hesitate to put anything hard, like a tuner or capo, in there for fear it could ding or dent the guitar. And this is the only pocket in this gig bag, so it basically has no useful pocket at all. I will order the other Musicians Gear gig bag when it is available again, and this one goes back!
