Does what it is supposed to. Great addition to your gigbag. Helps eliminate excess "spaghetti". They also make an offset model for pedals of different heights, etc.
I haven't had too much experience with pedals, but I read that the cabled couplers could have problems and be damaged over time. I went with this and it does its job! Not only is it cheap, but it's solid metal, so you know it won't break. I'd only recommend this if you have 4-5 pedals (i.e. one row like a pedaltrain mini). Also, this product is only good for same brand (or same build type) pedals such as BOSS to BOSS ect. It's due to the fact that pedals have different heights to them.
These are gold plated high quality items. They are simple and straight forward, usually used to patch between 2 pedals. Not only does it keep the pedal board linked together electronically, i keeps all the pedals aligned in a solid block, which makes them much sturdier then they would be with a normal patch cable, so no floppin around like a floppy D. These are a great price for a perfect item. Be aware that BOSS pedals, even though the jacks appear to be straight across from one another, they are slightly off, therefor when you patch them together, each pedal may be a little closer or farther away from you on the floor (Diagram below, as long as this doesn't format the text). It is not nearly as bad as my dumb image but it exists. I didn't mind this. The sturdiness was more important then the centimeter offset on the floor. [ ] - [ ]
