NEW REVIEW - Nice case
Looks great, well made and a very nice price. I don't tour, so I don't need a case to stand up to airports. Inside is plush and will keep your bass very comfortable. It will fit my p-bass clone with standard strap pegs, not with straplocks. Just have to remove the strap and it fits snug, no shifting around. If you need a good case for going to lessons, garageband practice or just storing your bass, this is the case you want at a good price.

Musicians Gear Deluxe Bass Case
This case has a lot going for it- It's large enough to hold my Traben 5-string, generic enough for my S.D.Curlees, it has a roomy & covered gear pocket, nice plush padded lining... plus, even with the shipping to ALASKA it was cheaper than the lowest-priced case I could find locally that would fit my Traben! It's attractive with the stitching around the edge of the lid, and comfortable handle- Good case all around!

excellent for its price
i bought this case for my bass about 4 years ago and it is great. it has taken some beatings and it is still kickin'. the plush lining, keeps the bass in pristine condition and it also looks great. the handle is comfortable as well. i love the utility compartment, it's big enough to hold my 20 foot cord, a tuner, guitar tools, mic pick holder, picks and still have a good amount of room.

Great Case For the Price
Bought the tweed version of this case and I would rate it as an excellent buy for the money. It may (?) not hold up for years for someone on the road playing 200 gigs a year and throwing it in and out of a van (what would?) but for "normal use" it appears to me it should last a lifetime.
No complaints at all and I will be buying another one soon; in black.
For the price you can't beat it.

Great buy for the money
A good basic case, it's not as tough as some cases I have had in withstanding abuse, but for the money, you can't beat it. Decent hinges and latches, but like most cases in this price range, forget the lock. Nice padding inside, has fit and protected our bass very well. Will buy again.

Very nice case
I have been looking for hard case for my bass for a while. This is the best bass case for the money. This case is solid and seems like it can take some beating. I like the tweed color, better looking than common black case.

Good case for the money
If you've got a 4-string baby with no case, this case is worth every penny. Plenty of room in the accessories compartment, nice latches, nice covering, nice balance.

Solid construction, Kind of Smelly
It will take a while for the lining's "new fabric" smell to wear away, but all-in-all this is a good case. Decent hardware for the locks, optional key, and a sturdy frame. The compartment is large enough to hold a 20' cable, tuner, and extra set of strings and the case itself fits both my jazz and p basses. Pretty lightweight, too!

Musicians Gear Deluxe Bass Case
A good basic case. Nothing fancy. Will do the job.
For the price on sale: Excellent. If I had another bass, I buy this product for it.
