Stunned

I've been playing for 14 years and I own several nylon guitars, one of which is over 50 years old. I have to say I was amazed by the beautiful sound the lucero gives out. For $100 its beyond a bargain. Its light, has a solid wood top, and provides a beautiful balanced tone. I've never heard of lucero before, but for the price - its just too good to pass up.

Great 1st guitar.

I just recently started playing guitar a few months ago, and this happened to be my first guitar as a gift. From top to bottom the guitar is beautiful..the frets are nice and spaced out, and the strings are very soft..which is good if you're just starting as it's easier on your fingers. One thing I don't particularly like about this guitar is the inability to reach extremely high notes..even the 15th fret is tough to reach, but all in all it's a great guitar for only 100 bucks.

Shockingly Good Guitar

I own this guitar. I bought it about 18 months ago while traveling away from home. It has only mellowed with age. For the price it is an extreme bargain. You have to remember this is a nylon stringed guitar and not a strat for those beginners out there. But the overall quality and workmanship is first rate. The neck is wide but relatively thin from fingerboard to back of the neck. Mine is simply a great little guitar. I often wondered if it was mismarked when I bought it because it is worth more than the price by several factors. I recommend it.

Excellent value

The LC-100 is a terrific beginner's guitar, and I strongly recommend it to my students. I've seen and played many of them, and haven't come across a "clunker" to date. The fit, finish, playability, and sound on these guitars are those of an instrument that should cost more. Great job, GC!

Love it!

I just bought this guitar today and I fell in love with it. I started playing on an old guitar that my grandma gave me about two days ago and the strings hurt my fingers really bad. So I went to Guitar Center today and I bought this guitar and it doesn't hurt my fingers one bit. It has a good sound and the nylon strings really make it comfortable =]. I cant put this guitar down. Great for beginners!
