    It's a good MIDI cable. It will work for 90% of all of the situations. I have a few simple devices that need to be connected to my studio gear. Never had any jitter or connection problems. The PVC shield seems to be a lighter red than the cable I had bought several years ago. It's a little stiffer. I would recommend this cable first before buying a higher-end cable.
