good monitor for the price
I have had 1 for about 6 months and use it as the stage monitor for my PA. For a 100W powered speaker, it works very well as a stage monitor, I have really enjoyed it and it hasn't let me down. In fact, when I saw it on sale for $120 I bought a second one to use as dual stage monitors and as the mains for the practice room.

Poor sound quality
Wanted to use this for a live doubling affect and I just can't get it to sound right. I've tried running eq in front of it, a preamp, sonic maximizer, etc and nothing seems to be able to help it. Has very little low end capabilities, and seems to create its own distortion with high volumes. I've tried playing clean and distorted through it and it just sounds terrible. I'm sure it would be fine for like a keyboard or something simple?

Went to just pickup some power chords and saw this baby Lying on floor saying GET ME GET ME! Took it home and hooked it up as an addition to my equipment and wow! Sounds crystal clear and can hold its own. Compliments my main speakers nicely as it supports them. I plan to also use it for vocal speech
I would buy it again. If I was working a stage set up,Buy 2.

I've used this guy with my Yamaha Keyboard so far. It's got much more uses that, but havent tried them all. The unit is bigger than I thought, but not over done. I like this Monitor, I can control the volume so I'm not getting blasted away. Sound is far better than I exspected. 5 stars PLUS I give it.

I need a stage monitor that could handle elec drum and DI base this thing get the job done. It low end isn't the best but as long as we can hear it I can live with it. Besides monitor sound shouldn't interfere or be heard over the main mix.
