Master design and craftsmanship with a neck-thru body for searing sustain.

If you're still looking for your sound, you'll find it with the Jackson RR1 USA Randy Rhoads Electric Guitar. The young master metal shredder never lived to see the mass production of this guitar, but he helped design and approved the prototype. Equipped with screamin' Seymour Duncan open humbuckers (an SH2 at the neck and TB4 at the bridge) and an original Floyd Rose double-locking tremolo, this guitar is designed specifically for the kind of sonic pyrotechnics its inimitable namesake made famous. Jackson's famous sharkfin mother-of-pearl inlays adorn a bound compound radius ebony fretboard mounted on a lightning-fast quartersawn maple neck that runs right through the sculpted alder body. Mother-of-pearl Jackson logo adds a touch of class to the bound headstock.

Jackson's compound-radius fingerboard curves more dramatically at the nut for easy chording and flattens out as it approaches the neck joint for low-action bends without fretting out. With a more relaxed hand, you'll play better!

my little metal cobra

ok i got this guitar at about december 15th of last year.there is not one day i go without playing this beast. the neck is so slick and easy to move around on, and pinch harmonics on this thing are unbelievable, itll scream into right on into next year. before i got this guitar i was playing a blues classic, a takamine solid body 22 fret, black, made out of the heaviest material ive ever held when it comes to guitar. it was an alright blues guitar but i need somthing to sustain my unquenchable thirst for more distortion. the jackson did just that i love it. its perfect for playing metallica-like stuff or any other metal band. i love it. its my little metal cobra!

Jackson RR1,All killer no Filler!!!

Jackson's RR1 is truely at the top of the heap in the metal guitar catagory. I've played all of the Great Ones, but the RR1 stands high above the rest. The neck and finger board are almost fluid like, so smooth that they make even the most agressive licks flow like water! The guitar is perfectly ballanced and can be played either standing or sitting for hours with no discomfort or fatigue. The combination of the Alder body and Seymour Duncans gives this axe infinate sustain. The double locking Floyd Rose has always been a favorite feature of mine. For the metal guitar enthuisiast who wants the Total Package at any price, this is it!!!

Hand of a God

I recently bought one of these amazing axes and the minute I picked it up, I felt like Randy himself reached down from the heavens and lent me his gift. This guitar is one of a kind. The Floyd Rose trem comes in handy for doing old Ozzy stuff and it makes using a tremelo a lot easier. With this trem, you can do crazy dive-bombs without dropping tunings. The pickups may be standard, but they give you amazing highs and lows. The bridge pickup is great for doing screaming leads, while the neck pickup is good for subtle tones. But just because it's a Jackson doesn't mean it has to be overdriven! This guitar sounds amazing througha clean amp as well. It recreates the clean tones of Gibsons with ease. I personally think it sounds better than a Gibson. My advice if you don't already have one: Buy one!
