This guitar played like you would expect an Ibanez to play...fantastic. Loved the Tone Zone and Air Norton pickups. The only problem was the finish. It is rough and easily flaked off. I had it within a week it had flaked off in spots to bare wood. I don't know if I got a defective one or what but I couldn't believe a Prestige would do that. I feel like it needed a coat of laquer over the finish to protect it.

  • I would definitely buy this product again.

This guitar is perfect in every way. The look, feel, and sound are impeccable. This is a higher-end guitar, and it plays as advertised. I play it through a 1983 Ampeg SS-150 Combo tube amp. The clean and distorted sound is awesome!

  • Fantastic guitar!

If you like Ibanez guitars, this is the top guitar in the RG series. Everything is good in this guitar. I have seen some people giving bad reviews to some prestige models. It is very hard to believe that anything in this guitar deserves something less than 5 stars. If you are into the shredding genre/style, this is the guitar for you.
