Changing your strings or polishing your guitar--this is a must have--owned one for years before the Fender name was on it and just bought one for my son (he lives too far away now to borrow mine). The mat prevents those body dings we hate to hear and keeps the spray polish from hitting the dining room table, the neck support is crucial and it rolls up into its own tube which stores easily in a closet. No wonder guitar shops use the same one.
I have work on my guitars or changed strings using a thousand different work surfaces and areas. All seem to have limitations. This is simply said "perfect". Holds your baby in a secure position with out the worry of paint or body damage. Turn any flat surface into a great, sturdy and safe guitar work station. Its well worth the cabbage.
This Is Excellent for changing guitar strings, adjusting action or anything you want to do to fix your guitar, without scracting or damaging the finish of your guitar. I highly recommend this item for anyone that does alot of adjusting with their guitars, makes it very comfortable!
