Great cable
I would like to say if this cable bites the dust you can go to any authorized fender place that carries these cable and they are supposed to give you a new one. So if your on the road that could be handy.

Spend your money on a better cable
I bought two of these cables. Used one successfully once before a short in the cable occurred. The second cable was shorted straight out of the box. I'm not planning on buying a Fender branded cable again.

Haven't owned it long, but so far so good... Can't say what I will think a month or a year from now but seems to be built well, and I love the bright red!! Sorry for those not satisfied... Kevin M.

I generally only use monster cable but had to borrow a guitar cable at band practice because I forgot my monster cable. Anyway, I have to admit that in regards to EMI and Noise, the Fender California cable was more quiet than my other cables and seemed to have less 60 cycle hum too.

Is this cable that is said to be 10 feet 3m good for a telecaster?
This cable would be a good choice for any guitar including a Telecaster.
