Use the Fender American Standard Strat 5-Way Pickup Selector switch to replace that worn electric guitar switch with the real deal.
I bought this as a part for a project guitar on a throw away squire and i am very happy with its performance. But of course you should expect that since it is a Fender of course. All you need is a little bit of soldering experience and you can do it yourself.
I just replaced the 5 way switch in a Squire with this one. Enormous difference. Clarity and fullness of tone. The only issue was that the Squire body is not deep enough for the part and had to be routed out. The resulting improvement in tone was worth the effort.
