NEW REVIEW - This Review Is Important!

I gave this five stars because I didn't want to bring down the rating. I actually have never played this but I have seen and touched it in the store. I noticed something that I found to be a very important deciding factor for me. The wood used to make this guitar feels cheap. It kind of feels like the kind of guitar you would pick up at Wal-Mart or something. I imagine (based on other reviews) that this is a decent guitar, but I know the current guitar I have is made up of a better type of wood. I just thought you might want to take this into consideration since nobody else has mentioned it.

NEW REVIEW - Love it!

I got this guitar 2 days earlier than the scheduled ship time which was great because I got it just in time for my first lesson. My instructor tuned it so the guitar sounds great.

My first guitar

I've had this guitar for a little over three years now. It took all my money when I bought it, but it was well worth it. This guitar has great volume and tone, especially when I replaced the strings with some phosphor-bronze Martins. This is a great guitar for anyone, unless you need an acoustic-electric.

Epiphone DR-100

I bought this guitar a couple of months, and I still haven't had a single problem with the guitar. It stays in tune for a long time, and everything sound good on it. When I palm-mute, it sounds great, and chords are easy to play on it. I suggest that you change the strings, but other than that this guitar is awesome.

Very Good

I bought this guitar two months ago and as time passed by the sound of it gets better and better. I changed my strings to Gibson phospor bronze and the sound is beautiful. It's light and the mahogany back and sides are gorgeous. An excellent guitar for beginners. Cheap but the quality is good. Good service also from guitar center.
