  • Awesome Bass Wah

As reviewed by KaizerWilhelm on 8/16/2009

I got this a couple of days ago and I must say, it rocks! I used to have the Morley Bad Horsie 2 Wah and I thought it was alright but what I really like about it was the spring back action. One reason why I didn't like it was because when I used it, all of my lows were lost. No longer with this pedal! This wah is great, it has the spring back action I like and it ONLY wahs the highs and hi-mids so you can still have a great bottom end to hold you down. The variable Q and volume knobs on the side are a major plus. Those really help you find the tone you're looking for. People say the price is too high, but I think it's totally worth it. Go and try it out, you won't be disappointed.

  • double duty

As reviewed by yup on 12/3/2008

honestly, i bought this a long time ago when i didnt understand ANYTHING about gear. i was actually getting ready to sell it because, after 5 years, i just never used it for anything other than a paperweight, but i decided i'd give it one last workout just for kicks. so i replaced the battery and set the Q to 7 and the volume to 9 as to not lose much volume when it was not in use. to my surprise, i actually really liked it. and then (here's the only reason for reading this review) i decided to try it on my guitar... worked like a charm. i found very little difference between other crybaby's ive heard and this one. only issue is the springback action... that is, if you find a tone you really like, you have to physically hold it with your foot. but all in all, 2 pedals for the price of 1! BOTTOM LINE: probably the best bass wah out there, plus a very nice guitar wah

  • Great Pedal

As reviewed by James on 1/26/2010

I got this pedal for christmas of 2009 and i love it. I like how it can cut out the highs and lows. it really comes in handy when i play rage against the machine type bass lines. I also like the sound it creates when mixed with distortion and multi effects pedals. so overall it is the best decision you can make on buying wah pedals.
