This Uke' is 15cm of pure awesomeness! Great price for a great instrument, I just got it yesterday at the Guitar Center on Sunset Blvd. and I love it already! I've been playing since yesterday and today. Smooth, smooth neck, great tuning stability, great craftmanship. the ukulele is hand made so it has that natural feel to it. if you are interested in ukuleles, buy yourself this one of a kind Uke'. Affordable, but amazing.

I've never owned a ukulele before, but this was given to me as a gift. Its a solid little mahogany instrument and sounds cool, but there are noticeable flaws mainly with the tuning pegs and the overall intonation of the instrument. The C string tuning peg has a little more slip in it than one would like and when everything is in tune, the slight crookedness of the neck makes it so that open chords in 1st and 3rd positions sound the best, but not perfect. Don't expect perfection at this price. Its a nice starter for someone trying to learn and the finish and binding are very nice, but the playability is a big issue. If a perfect uke were akin to a flawless PRS electric guitar, then this instrument is on par with a Squier stratocaster.

The Best Bang for It's Buck

By Hannah

from Temecula, CA

I stepped up from a little Kohala uke (what I learned on) to this Cordoba and let me say, the $30 difference is TOTALLY worth it-the sound is so much clearer, richer, and clean-and I am in love with the design as well. So excited to take it out for a spin!

great tone and intonation

By Kyle Yap

from Bloomington, IL

my biggest fear when buying this was that it wouldn't stay in tune but right out of the box it sounded and played absolutely fantastic. I bought it mostly for our baby announcement pictures but have started getting really good at uke after messing around with it for a little bit everyday. Definitely recommend this to anyone interested in purchasing a uke.

Ukulele Christmas

By Christopher

from Albany, NY

I have been playing the guitar years and have wanted to learn to play the ukulele. My wife and kids purchased this ukulele as a Christmas present for me. Since I opened it I have not put it down. I love the sound and the craftsmanship is great! I would highly recommend the Cordoba 15 CM ukulele to anyone wanting or has been playing.

Could not be more pleased.

By Hailey

from Kansas City, Mo.

This is a beautiful instrument. I bought my ukulele almost a month ago and cannot put it down, I've been practicing every day since! You cannot go wrong with this instrument, the best of its price range. I paired my Cordoba with a Cordoba Concert Ukulele case and I am just in love. If you are wondering which uke to go with, definitely this one.

Singing in the Rain!

By Patricia

from San Antonio, Texas

I love this little gal. With all the rain as of late, indoor entertainment has been a must. I got this and there is no complaints about being stuck inside. Played all of them at the store and this one won my heart. Great tone, and nice appeal.

Great feel

By walter

from Phoenix, Arizona

I really enjoy this ukelele. I'd give it a 4 because I do not know how to fully play, but i suspect it deserves a 5. The feel is very nice, the strings are perfect. The strings seem durable and feel nice. The wood on the ukelele seems very durable. I just has a good feel overall. I am very comfortable with it. One of the best I could find and at reasonable price at the shop. I was traveling south east asia and my friend I was traveling suggested I buy one. Second day back home and I went straight to guitar center. Great service at the shop in Phoenix, Arizona. Cheers, Walter

MORE for your MONEY!

By Xyvez

from Los Angeles, CA

I'be owning this uke for about 2 weeks now and been enjoying every time i play it. Not only that it sounds great, it just feels right. The sound that this instrument gives is much better than the ukes 2x its price. If you are a beginner player like myself I will pick up this uke with no questions asked!

Great!

By Nicky

from Arcadia, CA

Although this is a lower-end unit, it is built with the same care and attention to detail that I have found in their other, more expensive instruments. I can honestly immediately tell the difference in sound quality between other . It simply has a maturity and body in sound that other low-end ukeleles lack. Definitely worth the price. I especially like how it comes with Aquila nylgut string. NOTE: the nuts are actually made out of composite, not ivory. However, this does not deter from the sound quality.

So far so good

By Laurence

from Laguna Niguel

Just bought this yesterday. It was pretty well set up out of the box. Sounds decent for the price. Only problem I am having is with the tuning keys. There is a lot of play in them and the E string will not stay in tune. I know the strings are new and stretch, but all the other strings are staying in tune. I think the tuning key is slipping so I tightened it and we will see.
