Ultra low-noise mixer with 4580 operational amps for better audio performance.

The Behringer MICROMIX MX400 4-channel Line Mixer is big on features despite its ultra-compact size. The MX400 yields the highest sonic quality at all output levels, boasting ultra low-noise 4580 operational amplifiers for outstanding audio performance. These are the same op amps found in its much bigger brethren.

Expanding on the capabilities of standard-size mixers is where the Behringer MX400 does extremely well—for example as a sub-mixer. If you are running short on available channels on your big mixer and need to bring the output of 3 different keyboards into your mix, you can simply connect them to the MX400, work out the keyboard mix, and connect the Behringer MICROMIX MX400 Line Mixer's output to a single input on your main mixer.

  • Best quatlity at a Great price

As reviewed by Thomas Hinds on 6/18/2012

I've been wanting this for some time, and just got it. I couldn't be happier with the performance! The sound is rich and warm with no distortion. I only needed the second channel but can't wait to use all four! If you need a simple way to expand your mic input this the right tool for you!

  • MICROMIX a nice little piece of equipment

As reviewed by MegH on 6/11/2010

This is a handy little passive mixer/combiner for unbalanced audio signals...think karaoke or non-pro mics. If you have a few unbalanced mics and/or line-level feeds like an instrument, tape or CD player, than you have inputs on your amp or powered speaker, then this is a great way to adjust levels of each signal before combining and sending it to the amp or speaker input. This got our little group by until Mackie finally got out their ProFX12 that we had on order for 14 months, since we had some unbalanced mics we were using (under protest) at the time.
