before we added the Mo Pads to our studio we thought our music was just fine until a friend of mine told me about the Mo Pads and demanded we get them, and sure enough, as soon as we put them under the KRK rocket 5's we noticed that our low end was really weak and almost non existent so i highly recammend that you purchas the Mo Pads

What a difference!

I live in a 'cave,' an apartment that was carved out of a piece of concrete. Needless to say it's acoustically "live." When I had my Bose 301's on the floor the sound was horrible. Put them on the MoPads, and wow! A cleaner sound with lower volume! I can only imagine what they'd do for performers who have to put their amps and monitors on whatever surface is available.

A must for recording artists.

We have been recording for our band. As we added the Mopads to our Monitors we experienced a huge difference in sound. The sound quality and clarity increased. My annoying neighbor stopped complaining about we are being too loud. I was so impressed with this that I actually went and bought 1 more set for my Home Theater System and my systems are sounding sweeter than ever. For sound isolation for Monitors Mopads are the best.

You need the if...

If you have a mixing desk with monitors on a shelf, or on monitor stands these will help isolate the monitors from the desk or floor. It may not be a night and day change, but anything that makes your monitors more accurate is worth the price. It tightens up the sound for a small investment.

Can't believe the difference

I purchased 2 sets of the Auralex MoPad Monitor Isolation Pads for my quad setup at home, and 4 more sets for an eight-channel cube for the studio. Besides being able to hold heavy monitors, they can be tilted 3 ways (great for the eight-speaker cube since there are quad fields above and below the sweet spot). They REALLY tighten up the bass frequencies of my monitors! Well worth the money!
