We've had this bench for 5+ years. It requires frequent re-tightening of the bolts in the inside corners. You will need to leave a wrench in the seat of the bench as it requires so much persistent retightening. We also had ordered a duet bench by another manufacturer that we really hated - tufted with buttons that are not recessed enough, so really hurt. This one at least has no buttons to sit on and padding is comfortable. But the bench does get wobbly so quickly, though. Also the plastic material on the sides of seat is sagging. I would only recommend this bench for a child who is beginning piano lessons and using an electric keyboard for practice, and if expect only to use for a few years. For adults, or more advanced players, or for anyone wanting a bench that last more than a few years, I would say pay more money and go with a Roland bench instead. I decided to upgrade today and am getting the Roland bench today (that goes with our Roland piano), as I refused to tighten this darn thing any more. Should have bought the matching Roland bench in first place, but was trying to save a few dollars.

It's unfortunate that the bench doesn't have storage. More importantly, one of the legs is missing the hardware (nut and washer) to connect the leg to the bench, so I currently have a 3-legged bench. Because I had it shipped to my home, it's not worth the trouble to return it, so I'll have to go to a hardware store and try to find the needed parts. Very disappointing.

This is a nice bench with a 2 minute assembly time, but beware it is only 19 inches to the top of the seat. It was too short for my Casio Privia PX-860.
