Sturdy but not wide enough

Product was sturdy enough, but the gap for the holes was too small for a large block. I ended up buying the Tycoon block which came with a holder, so now I have an extra block. The item itself was inexpensive, but if I had to buy a different holder, it would have cost around the same to get the Tycoon block. If you have a large block (around 7 inches), it will not work without having to drill additional holes. I returned it. I marked the review as would not recommend it, because it didn't fit for me. It may work with you if you are ok to drill your own holes. The unit itself is sturdy.
I would buy this product again.

Mount my wood block(s).
Solid, wish bar width was adjustable

For the price, this is a solid holder, and there aren't many of these to be found out there. As with the other reviewers, the bar width did not fit my old wood block (bars too narrow). Haven't decided yet if I will bend the bars or drill a new hole.

As previous reviewer has stated, this little item is a no brainer. I have it mounted on a Pearl PPS51 percussion rack on the lower end of a Z rod. Solid, with a good tone. I use a very old school, '80s style wood block I have had for years. It is very secure. The only issue (again, as noted by the previous reviewer) is that the mounting rods are a little too narrow for my block. My solution was to slightly bend the mounting rods on the holder itself (w/o drilling new holes in my vintage instrument). Inexpensive and reliable.

The WB holder is well made and is more substantial than others on the market. I used it in conjunction with a Pearl 75H Hoop-Mount Cowbell Holder With Non Marring Clamp Surface (#448245), and it provided a very secure set up. The only negative is the spread of the two rods that attach to the WB are a little wider than the factory holes on my WB. Easy to fix, I drilled new holes on the WB. RECOMMENDED.
