Description
The DOD Carcosa Fuzz has an exaggerated mid-range and treble character that help it stand out in a mix. It has been designed to cut through a dense and heavy band but still have great note articulation with chords. However, when extreme bias (after) ranges are selected many wild and over-the-top sounds are possible.

Great overdrive-distortion-fuzz pedal fom DOD

Really versatile fuzz pedal. High quality build. Obviously packed with sophisticated analog tone and gain circuits. Covers overdrive, through distortion into full fuzz tones. In less than 1-minute I was able to get great sounds with all the knobs at 1/3 the way up, playing a guitar with passive EMG humbuckers into a Blue Voodoo tube amp, both clean and high gain channels. Unlike many other fuzz/distortion pedals, all combinations of knobs give useful tones. You should go to the DOD web site to download the manual, which is not included in the box. The little microswitch between the After and Hi-Cut knobs changes the tone structure, I guess for different types of pickups. Only complaint is that the blue LED to the left of the foot switch is too bright !
I would include this pedal as a tone to my boards.

Is this a two, three, or four transistor fuzz?
I’m sorry, I don’t know.
