Description

Building on a proven studio standard, the beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO X closed-back studio headphones refine the DT 770 PRO design with modern updates including the STELLAR.45 driver, detachable cabling and enhanced comfort. With a closed-back, over-ear design, wide 5Hz–40kHz frequency response and 48-ohm impedance, they deliver detailed, controlled sound across professional interfaces, laptops and mobile devices. Designed for recording and monitoring, these headphones retain the familiar DT 770 sound signature while adding the flexibility and durability required for modern production workflows.

STELLAR.45 Driver With Controlled, Detailed Response

At the core of the DT 770 PRO X headphones is the STELLAR.45 driver, engineered for high-resolution audio with low distortion across a wide range of playback systems. This design combines a neodymium magnet and precision voice coil to produce tight, controlled low end, clear mids and smooth, extended highs. The result is a balanced sound signature that translates reliably between devices, whether you're tracking in the studio or reviewing mixes on the go, making them a dependable reference for critical listening.

Detachable Cable System for Flexible Workflows

The DT 770 PRO X headphones are designed to adapt across studio and mobile environments. A detachable, single-sided cable with a locking mini-XLR connector provides a secure connection while allowing easy replacement or customization. The included 3.5 mm plug and 1/4" adapter ensure compatibility with audio interfaces, mixers, laptops and portable devices, helping maintain a consistent monitoring experience across different setups.

Durable Design With Long-Session Comfort

Built for extended use, the DT 770 PRO X headphones feature soft velour ear pads and a redesigned headband that improves pressure distribution for a more balanced fit. A spring steel headband supports long-term durability, while replaceable components extend the product’s lifespan. Made in Germany, DT 770 PRO X headphones are engineered to deliver reliable performance across demanding studio and everyday production environments.
