Zoom V3 Vocal Processor - Inputs and Outputs

Zoom V3 Vocal Processor - Using the Effects

Description
The Zoom V3 vocal processor unit packs studio-grade vocal processing into an intuitive, portable interface, enabling singers, podcasters and livestreamers to shape professional vocal sounds with ease.
Shape Your Sound With 16 Voice Effects
The V3's expansive vocal effects arsenal lets you craft unique sounds in seconds. Choose from essentials like reverb, delay and compression, as well as voice-changing effects like Vocoder and Unison. A dedicated parameter knob provides precise control over each effect. Enhance your voice for music production, gaming streams, podcasts and more with the V3's creative effects.
Add Instant Harmonies With Vocal Doubling
Create lush vocal harmonies to back up your voice. The V3 generates up to two additional harmony voices in both major and minor keys. Dial in the perfect amount of doubling to suit your needs using the V3's intuitive controls. Adding harmonies with the V3 is an effortless way to make your vocal performances fuller and more professional.
Record and Stream With USB Audio Interface
In addition to effects processing, the V3 functions as a USB audio interface. Connect to your computer via USB to record vocals, stream your voice or collaborate online. The V3 provides studio-quality preamps and AD/DA conversion for pristine vocal capture and playback.
Optional Add-ons Expand Creative Potential
For the ultimate vocal experience, pair the V3 with optional ZOOM accessories like the SGV-6 vocal microphone, FS01 footswitch and FP02M expression pedal. The SGV-6 mic is designed specifically for vocal isolation, enabling the V3 to process your voice with unparalleled accuracy. The FS01 footswitch allows for hands-free control of effects, while the FP02M expression pedal provides real-time parameter modulation.

Harmony and Octave setting is just what I needed for recording. The other settings are okay but what is great about the V3 is that if it is turned off or if you turn to another setting, it automatically saves on the other settings that you have used and tweaked.
The octave and harmony I was definitely looking for our demo

This nearly destroyed my gig at a swanky hotel lounge last night. Would not turn on. Put in fresh batteries. No go. Plugged in the OPTIONAL power supply. Wouldn't turn on. I HAD TO SING WITHOUT A MIC LAST NIGHT. Thank God it was a small venue or I'd have been sunk - but it sure made the gig difficult and didn't make me look good.

Can an instrument (i.e. guitar) be harmonized rather than a voice, fed into 1/4" input?
It will work to a certain extent. You would need to convert to low impedance - 600 0hms - for the XLR input.submitted2 years ago
