First Piano went up in smoke really. Puff of smoke came out
Used it once in our church service then during a practice session it went up in smoke literally. Brought back to store and ordered a second one. Hope this lasts longer. The Pro Service on this brand does not get you a repair. It allows you to take back to store and get a refund during the pro service contract period. It really does sound amazing. Good to excellent sound. Unit looks very rich.

Third Time Not A Charm
This is the third Williams Symphony Grand piano we attempted to buy. The first one had a key that was sticking. We returned it and got a new one. When we arrived home and opened the box we discovered that a bracket was broken off the wooden rim, and that the rim was damaged as a result. We returned that piano too, and the Guitar Center staff feeling bad about our experience scheduled to have a new one delivered to our home address, without charging extra for home delivery. More quality problems with this one. The piano keys are not evenly spaced; there are a couple of large gaps between certain keys (see picture). We would be willing to ignore this cosmetic defect, but then we discovered that the sound is not very well balanced, and one of the keys (E; watch the attached video) sounds louder than the adjacent ones during play. Furthermore, the speakers buzz when playing low notes (the low A and the low D; watch the second video). So this third piano is also going back to the store, and we are not getting another Williams. We are so disappointed with the poor quality of this brand. We so much wanted to have this piano, because of its nice appearance and nice interface, even though there were other pianos that had better performance (at least on paper), such as the Casio Previa, and were also cheaper. Too bad it didn't work out.

The sound is to be expected for the price but it is very pretty and does have a strong sound. Not as crisp as a Clavinova but definitely runner up for me. I would buy one of these again if I found a better deal and would even gift one to the school I work at because it's perfect for learners.
Love this piano.

This piano has the semi-weighted keys that are helpful in getting a good rich sound. It's next levels for this intermediate student. Just the right size that fits into the small room and looks beautiful. Lots of good features.

Wow what a beautiful piano. This purchase was a refreshing experience. Very easy to order and pay for, the shipping company kept me informed and the piano arrived in very good condition. Even though there were a couple of tears in the box, the item was packaged very well and was quite safe. It was easy to assemble but does require 2 people as it is heavy. I love it amazing sound and looks incredible.
Great Product rather you're a novice or professional!
